Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach to treating socially significant behaviors. At Uplift Behavior Services, we target and reduce problematic behaviors while teaching valuable replacement skills that promote meaningful independence across developmental areas for the individual. However, our work doesn't stop at just the clinical application of ABA during treatment in a controlled clinical setting. We utilize a bigger picture approach by implementing generalization and maintenance of these skills with real life applicability in the natural setting to ensure each extraordinary individual leads the most autonomous life possible. That means we take extra steps to make sure learned skills are actually usable in everyday life and inclusion is prioritized.
