REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)
Basic Requirement: High School Diploma, Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate
Job Description: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) services are directly related to the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Activities include implementation of behavior intervention plan, target reduction in problem behaviors, target increase in replacement behaviors/skill acquisition skills, and collect data related to client response. Responsibilities of the Registered Behavior Technician include adherence to Uplift Behavior Services policies/procedures, timely communication with supervisors, conduct ABA sessions per BCBA guidance/instruction, complete daily SOAP notes and render sessions daily, attend required trainings, support client caregivers in ABA implementation, assist BCBA in collecting data and assessment information for relevant clients.
Pay Range: $24-$28 DOE
Availability: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Part-time (20 hours minimum) and Full-time available
